ZAM played a key role in promoting and executing upon large SYNCED activations since the game’s early development stages, resulting in impressive community growth and engagement. We facilitated the initial secret alpha test under the guise “Project Starhorn” and collected critical feedback for the development team. This was followed by the public Advanced Alpha, which was a huge success and has players eagerly waiting for the game’s release.

Gamescom 2021 ZAM coordinated media promotion to support SYNCED’s large scale alpha test, revealed at Gamescom 2021.
Custom coded
discord botsDesigned by Industry Pros
ZAM coded custom Discord bots specifically for the Advanced Alpha in the official SYNCED Discord server. This allowed all selected testers to input their key to receive a special role which granted them access to a private, tester-only section of the Discord.
COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Foundation Building & Maintaining Engagement
We interviewed and recruited 15 community moderators, covering 10 different languages, to set up the SYNCED Discord server for success and moderate social channels. Our social content strategy leveraged engaging creatives to keep players informed and interested during the development cycle.
